The Ashcombe Estate
I contacted EDS after a recommendation from a friend and was immediately impressed with their professionalism. We had a large project which required the installation of seven different sewage treatment systems to replace antiquated cess pits with soakaways at some residential rural properties.
EDS ran a well-organised plan getting everything substituted with a minimal amount of disturbance. I would highly recommend their work.

" Neil and the team have been brilliant. From the start of conversations about our treatment plant the team were efficient, reliable, helpful and professional. Due to the nature of where the treatment plant was situated there were some slight obstacles to overcome, all of which were dealt with in an extremely proficient way.
We would highly recommend the team for their brilliant service and expertise. They left no trace after the work was completed and the overall job has been done to the highest of standards.

After our initial contractor could not do the job Neil and the team were able to come in and help in a timely manner. Their professionalism and work ethic was a breath of fresh air and the project was completed very quickly, even with some unforeseen extra rock and very wet ground. Neil communicated clearly throughout so we knew what to expect and delivered on everything that was discussed. We could not be more impressed with the process and would recommend Neil and his team very highly.

Local Dartmouth resident – December 2024: We needed to replace our antiquated drainage system. EDS were invited to quote for the work. Neil and his team attended our property very promptly and constructively reviewed and discussed our options. The work was booked in, commenced on time and finished on target. The work was carried out to a very high standard and we were extremely satisfied. Highly recommended.

In July 24, EDS installed a new wastewater treatment tank for us. Neil Syms was incredibly helpful from the start, providing expert advice on the best course of action for our complicated garden. He ensured that everything complied with building regulations by sorting out the necessary paperwork and finding an electrician. The tank was installed as planned within the agreed timeframe, and the quote we received matched the invoice. We’ve since contacted EDS for advice on servicing and emptying, and we’re planning to continue working with them. We’re very satisfied with the service we’ve received and would highly recommend EDS.
